This is a customer service + sales role inside a busy, professional auto repair shop.

You’re not turning wrenches.

You’re helping customers understand what their car needs and guiding them through the process.

What You’ll Do:

Answer phones and greet customers.
Schedule appointments.
Explain repairs in simple terms.
Help customers make decisions.
Follow up and build relationships.

If you’ve worked in retail, restaurants, or call centers — you can do this.
