We’re looking for a motivated B-Level Technician who wants real stability, professional growth, and a long-term career with a winning team.

About the Role:

As a B-Level Automotive Technician at Precision Auto, you’ll work on a consistent flow of vehicles in a clean, well-organized shop. You’ll handle maintenance and repair work, assist with diagnostics, and collaborate with a strong team that values quality, efficiency, and accountability.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to continue developing their skills.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license.
References.
Positive, team-first attitude.
3–5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience.
Strong ability to perform repairs accurately and efficiently.
Experience with brake work, suspension, steering, engine repairs, and routine maintenance.
Basic to intermediate diagnostic skills.
Proven history of quality workmanship and productivity.
Ability to follow workflow systems and communicate clearly with the team.
Desire to learn, improve, and grow within the company.
