We’re looking for a motivated General Repair Automotive Technician with 2–3 years of on-the-job experience or formal automotive training who wants steady work, consistent hours, and real career growth.

About the Role:

As an Automotive Technician at Precision Auto, you’ll work on a steady flow of vehicles performing general automotive repair, maintenance, and basic diagnostics. You’ll be part of a professional, supportive team that values quality, efficiency, and long-term development.

This role is ideal for technicians who want to grow into higher-level diagnostics, advanced repairs, or future leadership roles as we expand into new locations.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license.
References.
Positive, professional attitude.
2-3 years of Automotive Technician experience OR automotive trade school certification.
Experience with general automotive repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with brake systems, suspension, steering, engine maintenance, and fluid services.
Basic diagnostic skills or willingness to learn diagnostics.
Ability to work accurately, follow procedures, and stay organized.
Desire to learn, improve, and grow within a professional shop environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team.
